Reprint permission for educational home-safety and caregiver guides — for churches, senior centers, public libraries, and caregiver support groups.
Your Home Health PT offers educational PDFs created by Tyler A. Pahl, DPT, a licensed Nebraska physical therapist who works in real homes.
Churches, senior centers, public libraries, and caregiver support groups may print and hand out selected guides under a simple reprint permission.
This is not a class, not a PT visit, and not a medical program. It is a printed handout families can take home and share with their own provider.
Your Home Health PT keeps the copyright. Permission to print is not a transfer of copyright and is not an endorsement of the organization.
What you can print
Free to print after you register the organization (no fee)
The free 2-page Home Safety Checklist and other free guides currently offered at /free-resources.
Paid reprint pack — $29 per location per year
- Permission to print the 18-page Comprehensive Home Safety Checklist
- Permission to print the Caregiver Starter Kit
- Permission to print the Doctor Visit Binder
- Files sent by email after the request is accepted, with a “shared with permission” footer when those file versions exist
- One email update if a guide is revised during the year
One location = one building. A church and its off-site pantry count as two.
What you may not do
- Change the wording, remove the disclaimer, or add medical claims
- Present the handout as an evaluation, treatment plan, or “PT from our church”
- Email the paid files to the general public or post the full paid PDFs on your website
- Use Tyler’s name or license number to advertise clinical services you do not provide
- Sub-license the files to another organization
You may:
- Set a stack at the welcome desk
- Include a copy in a new-caregiver packet
- Link to YourHomeHealthPT.com from a newsletter
- Keep extras for homebound members
How it works

Send the organization name, address, contact person, and which pack you want through the contact form (or the site email).

You receive a short permission note and the allowed files.

Print what you need. Point people who want more to YourHomeHealthPT.com.
Why this helps families
Most falls happen at home. Families do not need another flyer with a logo. They need a room-by-room list they can walk through on Saturday morning.
