About Your Home Health PT
I'm a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, and my work has always been in home health — helping seniors stay safe and steady right where they live.
Why I Built This
For years, my work as a physical therapist took place inside people's actual homes — not a clinic or a hospital. Walking through real living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and stairways taught me what generic advice tends to miss: the practical, everyday hazards that actually cause falls and injuries.
In home after home, I kept seeing the same preventable dangers and the same fixable gaps. I built Your Home Health PT to get that knowledge to seniors and families before a fall happens — not after — in plain language you can actually use at home. Here you'll find simple, PT-designed exercise and safety guides, along with free local Nebraska resource hubs for caregivers and families.
